Supporting Neurodivergent Lives and the People Who Love Them
I became a social worker because I believe that healing happens in relationships — in the safety of being seen, understood, and supported without judgment. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how families and individuals can feel misunderstood or even harmed by systems that weren’t designed with their realities in mind. My goal is to create space where clients feel validated, empowered, and equipped with practical strategies that fit their lives.
My work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: care should fit the person, not the other way around. Whether I am supporting an individual client, partnering with a family, or consulting with a school team, I strive to create pathways that honor lived experience and promote safety, regulation, and connection.
I work with people across the lifespan whose needs are unique, layered, and sometimes hard to fit into neat categories.
Many of my clients (and their families) come to me when traditional supports haven’t been enough, or when they feel misunderstood by providers and systems.
I most often support:
Children, teens, and young adults with autism, PDA, ADHD, AuDHD, and other complex neurodivergent profiles
Parents and caregivers experiencing stress, trauma, and burnout while supporting their child’s needs
Families navigating school systems, IEPs/504 plans, attendance struggles, and mental health challenges
Neurodivergent adults processing late diagnosis, masking, identity, and self-understanding
Underlying all of this is my expertise in complex, multilayered needs — where disability, mental health, trauma, and family systems intersect.
Autism-PDA, AuDHD, and atypical autism presentations
Inertia, stress paralysis, and burnout
Anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma
School avoidance and attendance challenges
Caregiving grief, chronic stress, and trauma
Executive functioning, emotional regulation, and co-regulation
Relationship dynamics, identity, and self-worth
Systems navigation and advocacy
